Google apparently has trademark concerns over people using their name as a verb. So apparently I can’t google for something anymore. Or maybe I just have to Google™ for something. I understand why firms want to protect trademarks. Heck, if you don’t, you can lose it. But losing your trademark because it’s become generic doesn’t seem like that bad of a thing to me. Government Takes Piracy Web Site. For the first time the government has seized a domain-name in a criminal proceeding. Somehow that doesn’t seem right to me. [doc]
